Description: Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) are revolutionizing industries—but how are they being applied within different technical and engineering domains? Are we seeing the transformative impact that was promised? In this cross-cutting panel, thought leaders from a range of ASME technical divisions will share how AI and ML are being applied across a wide range of applications, from predictive analytics for MRO, software development and modelling of thermal systems, performance monitoring and fault detection in gas turbines, to applying AI in safety critical domains, such as automation in air traffic control. They will present lessons learned and their respective visions.
